This new resource page offered by FACA is our effort to consistently do the following: keep the Florida Community Action Agency Network apprised of the most up-to-date “Best Practices” on industry standards for community action; keep the Network knowledgeable of the Federal Government’s and the State of Florida’s most recent rules and guidelines which affect the network as a “whole”; and to keep the Network conscious of innovative practices and programs for community action agencies.

National Peer-to-Peer ROMA Training Appendices

These appendices provide very useful background documentation to support the ROMA Training that FACA and the Florida Department have made available to the Florida Community Action Agency Network. These documents may be printed out for on-going review and study.

Virtual CAP

This website is a very useful tool for acquiring new ideas and accessing best practices within the national CAA Network. It provides the Florida Community Action Agency Network with information on program approaches being implemented by other community action agencies around the country. Virtual CAP provides opportunities for the CAA Network to view and exchange other ideas and best practices.
